Elizabeth H. Bagley, B.A. Development & Communications Assistant |

| Ms. Bagley supports the Development and Communications team and administers the Center’s donor database. Following a corporate career in reinsurance brokerage and marketing, she has held positions including director of communications and major gifts officer and most recently served as Assistant to the President at Fairfield University. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College.

Tracy A. Barquinero, M.S. Assistant to Director of Finance & Administration |

| Ms. Barquinero provides assistance to the Director of Finance & Administration. Prior to joining the Center, she provided administrative assistance and was a member of the Senior Leader Team at Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge, a not-for-profit retirement community in Charlottesville, VA. She has extensive experience in executive administration and office management. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY at Utica/Rome in Rome, NY, and her M.S. in Library and Information Science from Simmons College in Boston.

| Ms. Carlowicz is responsible for the Center's accounts payable and purchasing functions. Prior to coming to the Center, she spent a decade at Discovery Communications, in the corporate accounting offices and as budget manager for The Learning Channel. She received her B.A. in Behavioral Science from the University of Chicago.

Annalisa Eisen Facilities Assistant |

| Ms. Eisen provides support for the facilities of the Gilman Ordway Campus. She also owns and operates a local property management business and has diverse and broad experience in such fields as health care and the international book business. She has travelled extensively in Nigeria, Senegal, and the Caribbean, and has lived in Sweden, Libya, Russia, Malta, and France.

Michael Ernst, M.F.A. Director of Information Systems |

| Mr. Ernst manages computer, network and telecommunication systems at the Center. Prior to coming to the Center, he was a CADD specialist and a programmer. Mr. Ernst received his M.F.A. in sculpture from the University of Washington, Seattle, and continues to practice sculpture professionally.

Stanley M. Hammond UNIX / Linux Administrator |

| Mr. Hammond provides support for the Center's UNIX and Linux based systems. He has worked at a variety of public and private organizations, including the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and Cape Cod Community College, providing technical support ranging from system and network administration of desktop and servers to data and network security. Prior to joining the Center, Mr. Hammond taught and worked with the college’s UNIX systems. He is a specialist in network security and holds A+, Network+ and SANS GIAC certifications.

L. Lisa Hong, M.B.A, C.P.A Grants Accountant |

| Ms. Hong is responsible for maintaining the Center’s grant accounting systems. Prior to joining the Center, she spent six years working in public accounting firms and attained comprehensive knowledge of various accounting processes, such as payroll and tax accounting. Ms. Hong began her career at Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP, one of the largest CPA firms in the Midwest. She received her B.S. in agriculture from Beijing Agriculture University and her M.B.A. in accounting from California State University at Hayward. She is a licensed C.P.A. in Massachusetts.

Denise Kergo Information Systems and Web Administrator |

| Ms. Kergo maintains and develops the Center’s website, social media campaigns and related communications efforts and provides IT support for the Center's information systems. Before joining the Center in 2008, she held IT positions in several tech-based industries and also worked as a freelance web designer. Ms. Kergo holds CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and has broad experience in computer installations and troubleshooting, upgrading of hardware and software, and network installation and configuration.

Mr. Martin provides support for the Center's information systems. He has vast experience in installation, administration, upgrade, and security for server/workstation environments. Prior to joining the Center he spent many years managing a broad range of IT services for non-profit agencies in Brockton, MA, providing resources and training in education and workforce development for at-risk youths.

Joyce McAuliffe, B.S. Accountant and Employee Benefits Coordinator |

| Ms. McAuliffe is responsible for administering the Center's payroll and employee benefit programs, cash management, investment reporting, and other accounting functions. She joined the Center after a career in the private sector co-owning On-Cape Lithographers, Inc, a printing and design firm, and as controller to two independent markets. Over the years she has held various affiliations with non-profit organizations on Cape Cod, including corporator of Cape Cod Hospital and Heritage Plantation and as treasurer of Cape Symphony Orchestra. Ms. McAuliffe received her B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

Kristin Powell McLaughlin, M.S. Associate Director of Development |

| Ms. McLaughlin is responsible for the Center’s annual fund and serves as the administrator of its donor database. She brings to the Center many years of fundraising experience. Prior to joining the staff, Ms. McLaughlin was with Boston College where she held a number of development positions in the Office of University Advancement. Most recently she was Assistant Director of Young Alumni for the Boston College Annual Fund. She also worked in New York City as a fundraising event planner for Buckley Hall Events, a company which produces a wide variety of non-profit and corporate events. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Northeastern University and an M.S. in Administration from Boston College.

| Ms. O'Connell provides assistance to the Director and to the Director of Finance and Administration. Prior to joining the Center, she was a land protection specialist for the Compact of Cape Cod Conservation Trusts, working to preserve land parcels with local land trusts. She has a broad background in the environmental field with private consultants, municipalities, and governmental organizations and has held positions as natural resources coordinator for Jacobs Engineering at Otis Air National Guard Base (MA) and as conservation administrator for the town of Brewster, MA. She received her B.S. in wildlife biology from Humboldt State University.

| Mr. Palmer has broad experience in landscaping, construction, wastewater systems and general maintenance. Previously he has held positions with Tisbury Public Works on Martha's Vineyard, and as crew chief for building supply, excavation and landscaping companies. At the Center Mr. Palmer is responsible for the interior and exterior maintenance of the Ordway Campus building and grounds, mechanical systems, and the innovative wastewater system. He holds Massachusetts licenses for Commercial Driver, Hoisting Engineer, Construction Supervisor, and Grade 5 Combined Industrial/Municipal wastewater operator.

| Ms. Powers is responsible for the financial and administrative management of the Center, including external reporting and audit, information technology, human resources, accounting, employee benefits, grants/contracts, and risk management. She has vast management experience in international development and conservation non-governmental agencies. She has been responsible for financial management and operations in offices on five continents and has specialized in capacity building. Prior to coming to the Center, Ms. Powers was CFO of the ten global companies of the International Fund for Animal Welfare. Previously, she held senior financial positions with Management Sciences for Health, a non-profit public health consulting firm in Boston and Washington, DC. She holds a B.S. in biology and psychology from Gordon College in Wenham, MA, a Master of Science in Management from Lesley College, and completed a three-year post-graduate program in Law, Policy and Society at Northeastern University.

| Ms. Romano is responsible for maintaining the Center's general ledger accounting system, assists in the monthly financial reporting, manages the annual independent audit, and prepares the year-end financial statements, and federal state, and local tax filings. Prior to joining the Center, Ms. Romano worked in a supervisory capacity as a senior auditor at the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, and is licensed as a C.P.A. in Massachusetts. She obtained her B.S. in wildlife biology from the University of Massachusetts and her M.S. in accounting from Northeastern University.

Ian Vorster, M.S. Director of Communications |

| Mr. Vorster is responsible for Center communications. Prior to joining the staff, he worked in the Public Affairs Department at Cottage Health System in Santa Barbara and at Lee Central Coast Newspapers in Southern California. He has also worked in South Africa on communications that support environmental education and ecotourism and has a broad background in public relations, marketing, writing, photography, design and multimedia. Mr. Vorster’s expertise includes building strong brands, launching new programs, and developing strategies with user-centered design that realize meaningful near-term growth. He holds an A.A in Graphic Design and Photography, a B.A. Ed. in Geography and Physical Education, and his M.S. is in Environmental Communications from Green Mountain College in Vermont.

| Ms. White is responsible for organizing and implementing the Center's administrative systems and managing its Sponsored Research Office. A writer and editor with broad experience, she has lived and worked in Paris and in New York where she was a researcher and reporter for Newsweek. Prior to joining the Center, she worked for a decade at the Market Bookshop in Falmouth, MA.
